Palmero
Like the city in Italy, this elegant and vibrant cocktail combines apparent contradictions – spiced rum, cinnamon and vanilla syrup with the fresh crisp flavours of a Sauvignon Blanc wine, lengthened with fresh pineapple juice.
Kiwi and Cucumber Martini
Think tennis games in the 50s. Slices of fresh cucumber and kiwi fruit muddled with simple syrup, topped with fresh cloudy apple juice, vodka and a splash of fresh lemon. A refreshing, crisp cocktail served short over cubed ice.
Japanese Slipper
We bring Tokyo to London – fresh white grapes pressed with sugar syrup shaken with vodka, accentuated with sake, served straight up or on the rocks – a smooth, oriental version of the grape martini.
Rose Petal Martini
This romantic floral cocktail is fused with an essence of rosewater, vodka and fresh lychee juice, elegantly shaken and strained into a chilled martini glass. Garnished with a rose petal.
Crasha

Bloody Mary
This classic favourite was first created in 1920 by Fernand Petoit at Harry's New York Bar in Paris, served fresh & spicy day & night. A Tomato cocktail base with vodka, lemon juice and a healthy mix of spices & sauces, garnished with fresh celery.
Old Fashioned

Giuseppe Cipriani was onto a good thing in 1943 when he combined fresh white peach juice with Prosecco. The bartender at Harry's Bar in Venice was reportedly inspired by Venetian painter Bellini, whose work always had a slight pink tinge to it.

Lycee @ Mint Daiquiri

The daughter of entertainer Judy Garland, Liza Minnelli was enigmatic. So is the cocktail named after her; we smash up fresh mint and peppadews and add pineapple and cranberry juice, followed by a dash of sugar syrup to bring out the flavours. Shaken and served tall over ice with a fresh slice of pineapple.
Strawberry Daiquiri
Tastes like the real thing, because it is the real thing. To make the strawberry juice even strawberrier, we add more strawberries, then blend with pure lemon juice, sugar and ice until smooth. This drink is served in a martini glass and garnished with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.
Banana & Mint Shake
A milkshake for grown-ups – fresh slices of ripe banana, coconut milk, sweet vanilla ice-cream, some fresh mint and a big dollop of sticky honey. All blended till frozen, then served tall with a mint garnish.
Berry Delight
